I found your podcast as an offshoot from the RSVP podcast. I’m enjoying your focus on the effort and reward of writing and making this a regular habit.

I’ve noticed a pattern in your podcasts talking about producing within the constraints forced upon you. This is something that has been in my mind recently. I lead a team of cloud computing consultants at a large company and have had numerous discussions with my team about finding a way to develop creativity within constraints. I often do this n my photography by taking a single lens and forcing myself to find a way to make it work well.

Keep up the good work of your writing and thank you for the enjoyable podcasts.

    Thank you,

🙂 Thanks Eric! I think that often constraints can help focus and sharpen my creativity. I often ask myself how I can get the most out of a tool, then attempt it, see what happens. Then often figure out how to fix the mess I’ve made. 😀
